Game Rules

Read the terms carefully before using Destiny Tale's services. By browsing or playing, you agree to these rules.

1.1 — Users may take screenshots, capture images, film, and record videos of their character in the in-game environment, and grant the right to use this material for reproduction, distribution, transmission, or modification in all types of media.
1.2 — The user agrees that Destiny Tale has full right to add, access, edit, modify, suspend, and delete, in whole or in part, access to the player's account, character, or credits.
1.3 — The user agrees that Destiny Tale has full right to review access windows during game use in case of suspected hacking, investigating the use of illegal tools.

2.1 — Destiny Tale reserves the right to occasionally interrupt services, with prior notice, for maintenance.
2.2 — Services may be interrupted for reasons beyond Destiny Tale's control; access is not guaranteed at all times.
2.3 — Destiny Tale will not be held liable for interruption, delay, or failure to perform due to causes beyond its control, unforeseen events, or force majeure.

3.1 — Destiny Tale assumes no responsibility for user conduct, communication, or content.
3.2 — Destiny Tale will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits and loss of information.
3.3 — Destiny Tale cannot be held liable for events arising from force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

4.1 — Sharing accounts and passwords (share) is prohibited. Whoever breaks this rule loses support assistance and will not receive restoration in case of item theft.
4.2 — Buying and selling characters is allowed in-game, on the forum, and through Destiny Tale's official channels with authentication. Without authentication, support is lost (rule 4.1).
4.3 — Buying and selling items between players is allowed. Destiny Tale is not responsible for these transactions.
4.4 — Free trading of coins in-game is allowed, under the terms of rule 4.3.

5.1 — Creating characters with nicknames starting with GM, ADM, ADMIN, MANAGER, SUPERVISOR, LEADER, CO-FOUNDER, FOUNDER, STAFF, or similar terms from the Destiny Tale team is prohibited.
5.2 — Using tools that bypass the game's rules, programs, or bugs is prohibited.
5.3 — Use of hacks or cheats: permanent account block.
5.4 — Using bugs/glitches for personal benefit: warning; repeat offense 15 days; further repeat permanent block.
5.5 — In case of abusive lag: warning with a block of 1 to 7 days, depending on severity.

6.1 — The server restores items lost due to lag, game issues, or disconnects if the request is submitted within 48 hours.
6.2 — The server is not responsible for items lost on a shared account or one bought without authentication (rule 4.2).

7.1 — Accounts, characters, items, and credits belong to Destiny Tale, which may make changes, checks, and deletions with prior notice.
7.2 — Rules may be changed without prior notice; by registering an account, the user fully agrees to this.

8.1 — Hacking programs: permanent ban without prior notice.
8.2 — Falsely accusing other players: warning; repetition may result in a ban.
8.3 — Verbal or written insults: warning; repetition may result in a ban.
8.4 — Stealing items or accounts to harm others: ban without prior notice.
8.5 — Unsportsmanlike conduct and disrespect toward staff: warning; repetition may result in a ban.
8.6 — Actions with the sole purpose of annoying or harassing other players may result in punishment.
8.7 — Feeding / intentionally not helping your own team: warning; repetition may result in a ban.
8.8 — Conspiring with the opposing team: warning; repetition may result in a ban.
8.9 — Blocking another player's path on the map: warning; repetition may result in a ban.

9.0 — Any modification or manipulation of the game results in a permanent ban without prior notice.
9.1 — Hacking security systems or exploiting loopholes for illicit benefit.
9.2 — Modifying Destiny Tale software (client or server) or manipulating memory: permanent ban of account, IP, and MAC.
9.3 — Illegally taking possession of another player's account: permanent ban of account, IP, and MAC.
9.4 — Defrauding staff or players: permanent ban of account, IP, and MAC.
9.5 — Defrauding billing, payments, or donations: permanent ban of account, IP, and MAC.
9.6 — Participating in or assisting hacking or fraud: permanent ban. Reports for rules 7/8 are only valid with a screenshot or recording.
9.7 — Psychological, sexual, racial, religious, prejudiced, or discriminatory harassment: warning; repetition may result in a ban.
9.8 — Lag exploiting and intentional disconnection: warning; repetition may result in a ban.
9.9 — Bullying through official channels: warning; repetition may result in a ban.
10.0 — Impersonating a Destiny Tale staff member: permanent ban.
10.1 — Using illicit names/images/symbols when creating a clan: permanent ban.
